I felt I wanted to say how very pleased we were with the service we received from start to finish. Work was due to start as Covid lock down started. Vikki rang every few weeks to reschedule work as we were isolating and reassured us as soon as we were happy they would come. Leighton came and assessed the work and was very professional and reassuring re social distancing. Estimate came quickly, very competitive. We needed to bring date forward a few days, they sorted this, amazing! Two young lads arrived promptly to do the job. Incredible asset to the company, extremely polite, discrete, professional, didn't use personal mobile phones at all!! They worked very hard non stop, we had to insist they stop for drink and lunch on hottest day of year so far. From start to finish excellent service from the Ormerod team.
